Thank you for trusting and choosing skillturn.com for your career growth. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, cancellations, and batch transfers. This document is aligned with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 under Indian Law, ensuring a transparent and fair process for all our students.

1. General Admission & Cancellation Rights

We strive to deliver high-quality training as per the provided syllabus. However, if you are not completely satisfied or face a genuine emergency, you are entitled to request a cancellation of your admission. The maximum deadline for initiating any cancellation or refund request is strictly 07 days from the date of your enrollment/admission.

2. Detailed Refund Schedule

Because our batches have limited seating and maintain a strict mentor-to-student ratio, last-minute cancellations impact other students and the company. Therefore, valid refund requests are processed according to the following schedule:

  • Pre-Batch Cancellation: Requests made before the official start date of the batch are eligible for a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee deduction.
  • Early-Batch (First 7 Days): Requests made within the first 7 days after admission (for a genuine reason) are eligible for a refund, subject to a 50% deduction of the total paid fees to cover onboarding and platform costs.
  • No Refunds After 7 Days: Strictly no refunds will be issued for any requests made after the first 7 days (one week) of admission have passed, regardless of attendance.

3. Batch Transfer Policy

Our standard policy states that there is no batch change permitted once you have enrolled. We require students to commit to their chosen schedule. However, in extreme or unavoidable circumstances within the first week, transferring to a future batch may be permitted subject to management approval and a ₹10,000 transfer fee.

4. Social Initiative (Fee Exemption)

Skillturn is committed to giving back to society. As part of our social initiative, there are no training fees for orphaned students (individuals who do not have parents), provided they meet our verification criteria and submit the necessary documentation prior to admission.

5. Refund Processing Mechanism

  • Approval: All refund requests must be sent via email with a valid, genuine reason.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be reimbursed no later than 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Source of Refund: We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking). You will not incur any additional bank transfer fees for this reimbursement.

6. Fraud & Chargeback Policy

By enrolling, you agree not to file a fraudulent dispute or "chargeback" with your bank or credit card company for reasons of "Services not received" if our system logs show you have accessed the Learning Management System (LMS) or attended live classes. Fraudulent chargebacks will be legally contested under applicable Indian laws.
