This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable. By accessing skillturn.com or registering for our programs, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Legal Entity & Agreement
The Service is operated by Nextera Digital Private Limited, having its registered office at Plot No 171, 172, Dakshata Nagar, Karwadi, Hingoli, Maharashtra, 431513. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of our educational services.
2. "Job-Ready in 90 Days" & Earnings Disclaimer
Skillturn provides a specialized 90-day training ecosystem designed to help students achieve career growth, including roles with 6 LPA to 12 LPA salary packages. However, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No Income Guarantees: Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and personal execution. We do not guarantee specific job placements, salary hikes, or revenue results.
- Mentorship Success: Success stories and salary mentions (6–12 LPA) from previous mentees are illustrative and do not represent a legal promise of identical results for every participant.
- Program Requirement: Becoming "Job-Ready" requires 100% attendance in live sessions, completion of all hands-on projects, and active participation in mock interview drills.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
To maintain high mentor-to-student ratios and batch quality, we strictly enforce the following refund schedule:
- Pre-Batch Cancellation: Requests made before the official batch start date are eligible for a refund subject to a 10% administrative fee deduction.
- Early-Batch (First 7 Days): Requests made within the first 7 days of the batch start date are subject to a 50% deduction of the total paid fees.
- No Refunds: Strictly no refunds will be issued for requests made after the first 7 days (one week) of the training commencement.
- Batch Transfers: Transferring to a future batch within the first week is subject to a ₹10,000 transfer fee.
- Anti-Chargeback Policy: You agree not to file a dispute or "chargeback" with your bank for reasons of "Services not received" if you have accessed the LMS or attended live classes. Fraudulent chargebacks will be legally contested.
4. Community Code of Conduct
Skillturn facilitates learning via WhatsApp groups and Live Sessions. To ensure a safe environment, you agree to:
- Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any abusive language, hate speech, or harassment towards mentors or fellow students will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
- No Spamming: You may not use our community groups to promote other businesses, MLM schemes, or unrelated products.
- Privacy: You may not share the personal contact details of other students outside the group without their consent.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including live session recordings, scripts, code, proprietary PDFs, and LMS materials, is the exclusive property of Nextera Digital Private Limited.
- No Recording: Recording live sessions via screen capture software is strictly prohibited.
- No Sharing: You may not distribute, sell, or share your login credentials or course materials with non-registered individuals.
- Violation: Any violation of IP rights will lead to immediate termination of access and legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.
6. Communication Consent
By registering for our free or paid programs, you provide explicit consent to receive automated updates, preparation guides, and promotional offers via Email and WhatsApp from Skillturn. You may opt-out at any time via the provided unsubscribe links.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Nextera Digital Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect damages or loss of revenue arising from your use of the service. We are not liable for interruptions in live classes caused by "Force Majeure" events such as internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hingoli, Maharashtra.
